 Electronic journal “Information and Society” is the scientific journal. There will be published such researches which enables XXI century’s man to analyze new challenges and to adapt with informational society.
We have certainly no illusion that this journal removes all theoretical and practical problems existed in Georgia and in the region. Its existence in new format will promote scientists of different states to provide scientific dialogue around the thorny questions. The Caucasus is not broad territory but has vital importance in the world security. As Einstein mentioned - scientists are not accountable with soldiers during seeking the truth.

In Journal can be submitted already printed scientific works with instructions of publication.

Article Content: statement of a problem and ways of its solution based on the primary sources of information (e.g.: experiment, survey, experimental innovations, the analysis of the Georgian press, the material of judicial practice, field notes, etc.).

The journal will reflect the results of recent researches in all areas, with both fundamental and applied nature.

It is necessary to present us an electronic version of the materials used for preparation of the scientific article (CD, DVD, and USB Flash) or send an e-mail:

. After decision-making on article publication, it is necessary to present to journal office as well hard copy.

The publication Volume should not exceed 7 pages of format A4, or 5500 words. Article should be typed in Microsoft Word. File size wouldn’t be larger than 2 MB.

For publication should be:

Data on the author (co-authors), scientific title(s), a place of work and a position.

Digital photo(s) in size 800x600 pixel.

The publication should be presented in two languages (Georgian, Russian or English). Editors, on their side, will provide the translation into the third language.

Articles offered for publication in the journal, undergo a mandatory review by one or two reviewers. The reviewer estimates scientific level of article, its conformity to the international level on regional problems.
